The third (fourth) Pavasier from Claymore Castings set.
I will tell you my dear, that I fell in love with these models. They have an unbelievable amount of very nice and sharp details that add a lot of charm to the models.

Repubblica di Genova. History. Part II
In a naval battle near the island of Korčula in southern Dalmatia, which was part of the second of these wars, fought in 1293-99, the Genoese fleet managed to defeat the Venetian fleet (Battaglia di Curzola on September 8, 1298).
The Fourth War was decisive for the Genoese-Venetian wrestling, or Guerra di Chioggia in the years 1378-81, and within its struggle near the title city of Chioggia in the south of the Venetian Lagoon. It was soon taken by the Genoese in 1379, and then reflected by the Venetians after a siege of several months on June 24, 1380. During the mediation of Count Sabaudia, the peace settlement in Turin, finalizing the war, essentially lost to Genoa (Pace di Torino 1381).
By the end of the 14th century, Genoa's political power had collapsed. It was drowned in quarrels and internal disputes soon led this aristocratic or probably oligarchic state to a temporary loss of independence and the rule of foreign rulers (including the dukes of Milan).
In the next two centuries, Respublica Ianuensis, from 1580 Serenissima Repubblica di Genova, was, like other Italian organisms, the object of rivalry between neighboring powers, France and Spain, fighting for influence on the Apennine Peninsula (a loud chord of these long and multi-struggle struggles is a French demonstration of characters of the city's bombing of 1684 by a naval squadron).
On the other hand, this period is considered the Golden Age of the famous Genoese banking industry, in favor of which the local oligarchy gave up trade. Of course, the progressive political decline failed to stop the sixteenth-century state reforms (in 1528, 1547, 1576) in the long run.
