After the recent INBOXING, I invite you to an entry devoted to painted models of Japanese assassins today.

This is the second in a series of six Japanese martial arts films based on the long-running Lone Wolf and Cub manga series about Ogami Ittō, a wandering assassin for hire who is accompanied by his young son, Daigoro.

Apparently, these are classic and watchable films, combining historical events, folk legends and fantasy. The watch for sure, but for now I remembered the works of the master Akira Kurosawa's movies as Seven Samurai , Throne of Blood and Kagemusha...
