Athenian Elite Heavy Hoplites #2 (Mortal Gods) (Clash of Spears)

Hello!

The first two of the elite Athenian hoplites were already there and the time has come for the third from the base.
Unlike his brothers, this one has a reinforced corset (more common) instead of armor.
It was made of many layers of linen glued together (linothorax).
      It was also reinforced with metal plates or scales. Such armor covered the body, it had openings for the arms and the lower part of the body. It was tied under the left arm and on the breast.
       The ornate helmet, shield and greaves do not differ significantly from the two previously described hoplites.

    Małymi kroczkami do celu. Mi jeszcze trochę zostało, przede wszystkim zbiorcze podstawki - to jeden z celów na ten rok.

      A w tym roku będzie więcej wpisów tylko w obcym języku, ale nie porzucam zupełnie rodzimej mowy, jak mawiał poeta:
      " Zacząłem po patuaku, a dokończę po polaku
      Bo nawijkę tę winien kumać każdy ziom na trzepaku"
