Hello friends!
Thanks to my friend Roman's kindness and the large number of figures he sent, today I invite you to see the first test painted model of a 17th century Cossack.
A few days ago, Roman launched a website with 3D Cossack figurines - I encourage and recommend it to anyone interested :) Will be also 17th polish soon!
===> Baroco Miniatures <===
As I love beautiful, detailed historical figures (and this turbulent 17th century period in particular!), I had to familiarize myself with the models and I am very good at painting them.
Hope You like it :) Will be more!
M.

Dziękuję bardzo!
DeleteOutstanding! Never heard of these figures.
ReplyDeleteThank you! A new and fresh stuff in town :)
DeleteNot a period I now anything about at all, Michal. But you've picked out their numerous details with great brushwork. I particularly like the look in the eyes of the red chap, who has clearly seen something to his right that he's not happy about. Brilliant work.
ReplyDeleteThank you! Oh yes, the wars with the Cossacks are part of Polish history. Bloody and difficult. It was then that Ukraine separated from Poland.
DeleteThey are some good looking sculpts. Fit in nicely with your existing figs too. Good stuff mate.
ReplyDeleteThank you very much and glad you like it!
DeleteThey are really nice looking figures. Well painted, Michal.
ReplyDeleteThank you very much Ray! You already have Vienna, so maybe someday a "cossack" project?
DeleteOutstanding work Michal
ReplyDeleteThank you very much!
DeleteLovely figures Michal - 3d may end up replacing the more conventional metal and plastic, in my opinion......but in the meantime, these are superb and your painting is, needless to say, firts class!
ReplyDeleteThank you 😉
DeleteI think very much the same way. I try to paint 3D miniatures from time to time and get used to them.
I still have great respect for traditional sculptors, but the difference in detail, sharpness, and overall evenness of the miniature is enormous.
Beautiful work on these Michal.
ReplyDeleteGlad you like it 😊
