Spartan Light Promachos (Mortal Gods)

Hello friends!

Today I'm finishing up another Spartan Hoplite base – this time light ones. I decided to add this super metal model as my third.
Standard - freehand shield, and armor elements - simple NMM.

In ancient Greece, Promachos were the men fighting in the first rank of the phalanx. The word can also be used as an adjective as in "promachos line" referring to the first line of battle.

The first use of the word is recorded in Homer's Iliad.
