Vampire Counts: Vampire #1 (Games Workshop)

Hello friends in 2026!

While looking through my cabinets of shame, I noticed I had a lot of miniatures from various manufacturers with a general theme: the Undead.
I also felt the urge to paint something dark fantasy. I chose vampires, zombies, and bats.

Today's first model of the Night Aristocracy: a vampire (based on an old GW model, the Sartosa Vampire, whose head and sword I changed). It looks quite good, in my opinion.
I added some rust and dirt to make it look like it had just emerged from its coffin.

What's next?
I'll continue painting these dark creatures from time to time until my thirst (for blood?) will be sated.

I also decided that my Undead will be on a black background - just a novelty on the blog :)

All the best in the new year!
M.

  5. The dark muted color scheme works well in giving a dark foreboding presence.
