Hello friends!
I'm presenting two more painted models ("El Milagro de Empel" project.) – you might be wondering why they don't paint all 13 (if I remember correctly) at once?
I wouldn't be able to do it and would quickly get bored.
So, one week I'll paint two, take a break for a Teutonic Knight, then two more, take a break for an orc from Mordor, etc.
This system has worked well for me for many, many years and gives me joy in painting various things (and for years of not finishing projects! haha!)
What do we have today?
Two soldiers making the sign of the cross on their foreheads, seeing a procession with an image of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
Just like in the Augusto Ferrer-Dalmau's painting, the soldiers are standing and walking in fresh mud - which I think turned out quite well 😉
Miniatures from: MICHELS MINIATUREN 'El Milagro de Empel 1585'
Have a nice day!

interesting painting system you are using to paint miniatures Michal, and as always great painting!
ReplyDeleteMichel's Miniatures look great models too!
Thank you very much and glad you like it :)
DeleteSuper painting Michal, really well done and the muddy bases look great.
ReplyDeleteThank you very much for a kind words!
DeleteWarm regards
Excellent additions for this project, they fit in perfectly with the previous models. Can understand swapping subject material to keep things interesting, and if it works for you, then it's perfect.
ReplyDeleteThank you very much and I'm glad you understand :)
DeleteI try to swap my projects to keep me enthused in the same way.
ReplyDeleteNew figs are as lovely as the others. How many more to go in this project? Are you going to create appropriate terrain to replicate the full scene like the painting?
Thank you so much!
DeleteThe plans are there, but I don't have room in my display case for the entire diorama yet :(
I still have three more from this set waiting to be painted.
But there will be a few more from the same manufacturer.
(The above comment was me by the way. Don't know why it didn't log me in.)
DeleteI look forward to seeing the entire group! Have really enjoyed following this project Michal.
Thank you so much for the kind words! Just a few more and I'll be done 😀
DeleteVery nice new figures Michal and the mud looks very recent!
ReplyDeleteThank you so much and glad you like it :)
DeleteWspaniała robota Michał
ReplyDeletePowtarzam się, ale to twój najlepszy projekt!

Nice job Michal 😁
ReplyDeleteThank you so much Rob!
DeleteI'm so delighted with this project! Right, every one of us has their own way to approach projects, I really like how this one is turning out, so take as long as you need!
ReplyDeleteThank you :)
DeleteI think I've only just finished this from start to finish.
Maybe just a few bands
I find it difficult swapping between projects so prefer to get them done in one go. Mind you, your work is much more intricate than mine so I can see why you might need a change of pace. These look great.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much! That's why I wouldn't be able to paint some Napoleonic army :)))
DeleteDozens/hundreds of similar uniforms.
Oh, I'd spend years painting that ;)
Very nice
ReplyDeleteThank you very much :)
