Hello friends!
I was supposed to paint two red monsters- Squigs, but I felt better painting the next two goblins with hand weapons – and those will be the last ones.
I'm looking back sentimentally to the end of 5th edition and the moment when this unit was released in a large plastic box (1998? 1999?).
It used to be unthinkable that you could assemble 20 plastic soldiers and they wouldn't be clones of the same thing :)
Now it's standard.
The larger shield (the one with the Oldhammer evil face) is a Rotten Factory product.
The smaller one with the 'Evil Moon' is a classic original design from GW.
For 30 years (since the first Warhammer RPG games) I've liked Warhammer goblins, but only after a few decades, when you can paint at least a little, do they become so beautiful ;-) haha!
The sentimental journey continues...

Nice work on these Michal - I like the teeth in particular!
ReplyDeleteBardzo fajne stare Gobliny Michał.
ReplyDeletePodoba mi się nawiązanie do klasyki.
